Your ticket can be refunded in person at the ticket stand up to one hour prior to screening time. For cash purchases, 100% of ticket will be refunded (must have unused ticket(s)). Tickets purchased at the box office via credit card will be refunded 90% of ticket costs; credit card companies charge their percentage on purchase with another charge on refund. Internet tickets may also be refunded by using the link provided in the email confirmation. Refunds must be initiated at least 1 hour prior to showtime. Please note that the service fee is nonrefundable. Refunds on credit card may take up to seven days.
